Change of Heart? No Problem!
If you’re not totally smitten, you’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to send them back. Just make sure they're still in mint condition – no rodeo scuffs, please!
Oops, We Made a Boo-Boo?
If your magnet arrives looking like it got bucked off a bull (damaged, defective, or the wrong item), we’ll fix it faster than a cowgirl can lasso a steer. Snap a pic, shoot us an email, and we’ll set things right – replacement or refund, your choice!
The Fine Print (but fun):
- Return shipping costs are on you unless we messed up (then it’s on us!).
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method – no gold bars or rodeo tickets accepted, sorry!
- Custom or sale items are non-refundable unless they ride in damaged.
How to Start a Return:

- We’ll send you a return address and instructions to wrangle your magnet back to us.
