Change of Heart? No Problem!

If you’re not totally smitten with your order, you’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to send it back. Just make sure it’s still in mint condition – no rodeo scuffs, please!

Oops, We Made a Boo-Boo?

If your order arrives looking like it got bucked off a bull (damaged, defective, or incorrect), we’ll fix it faster than a cowgirl can lasso a steer. Just snap a pic, send us an email, and we’ll make it right—replacement or refund, your choice!

The Fine Print (but fun!):

  • Return shipping costs are on you—unless we messed up, then it’s on us!

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method—no gold bars or rodeo tickets accepted, sorry!

  • Custom or sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

How to Start a Return:

  • Email us at hello@discorodeo.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  • We’ll send you a return address and instructions to wrangle your item back to us.

  • Have questions? We’re here to help! Drop us a line, and we’ll get you sorted quicker than you can say “Disco Rodeo!”
